We're sorry to see you go. Follow the instructions below to permanently delete your Loot Deals App account and all associated data.
Important: This Action is Permanent
Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data including tracked products, wishlist items, category subscriptions, and account information. This action cannot be undone.
Delete Account from the App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the Loot Deals App:

Open Loot Deals App
Launch the app on your Android device

Go to Settings
Tap on the Settings icon (usually in the top right or menu)

Select "Account"
Navigate to Account settings

Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down to find the Delete Account option

Confirm Deletion
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your decision
Delete Account via Email Request
If you can't access the app or prefer to request via email, follow these steps:

Send an Email
Email us at delete@lootdealsapp.com

Include Subject Line
Use the subject: "Account Deletion Request"

Provide Account Details
Include your registered email address and username

Verify Your Identity
We may ask you to verify your identity for security

Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Information
Name, email, phone number, username, and profile data
Tracked Products
All products you've added for price tracking
Wishlist Items
Your saved wishlist and favorite products
Subscriptions
Category subscriptions and notification preferences
Device Data
FCM tokens and device-specific information
Search History
Your search history and app usage data
Data Retention Policy
- ✓ Deletion Timeframe: Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request
- ✓ Legal Retention: Some data may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax, legal, or regulatory purposes)
- ✓ Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized statistics may be retained but cannot be linked back to you
- ✓ Backup Cycles: Complete removal from all backups may take up to 90 days
- ✓ Confirmation: You'll receive email confirmation once deletion is complete
Before You Delete...
We understand if Loot Deals App isn't right for you. Before you delete your account, consider these alternatives:
Disable Notifications
Not ready to leave but tired of notifications? You can disable specific notification types in the app settings without deleting your account.
Clear Tracked Products
Remove all tracked products and wishlist items but keep your account for future use.
